Catering and Private Events

We roast and sell Cinnamon Glazed Nuts on-site at various locations & events. The enticing aroma of the cinnamon, sugar, vanillas & other spices roasting on site is a big part of the whole buying experience.  One bite of the cinnamon glazed almond, pecan or cashew is sure to seal the deal! Because Alamo City Glazed Roasted Nuts are considered snacks, they do very well at events.

Let our staff serve roasted pecans, almonds, or cashews at your next inside or outside event, employee appreciation, wedding, and holiday celebrations. Savor the difference with our fresh German glazed cinnamon roasted pecans, almonds, or cashews, made with only the finest cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract. Every cinnamon sugar glazed nut is slow roasted in an old Bavarian recipe that gives each pecan, almond, and cashew a sweet cinnamon glaze and crunch. Experience the irresistible aroma of cinnamon roasted nuts at your next event.

We can do a partial setup, where we simply bring in the prepackaged products and use a warmer to keep the nuts at just the right temperature. Or, for longer events, we can set up a canopy that houses our 400-pound cart with roaster, to roast nuts along with the warmer.   

Roasting can be done in both indoor and outdoor venues. Our equipment (roaster, warmer, and wash station) requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit.  We do have a very quiet generator that we use at most outside events, which requires a 20–25-foot setback from the canopy, to meet the fire code.

Rates 

Standard: $450

Price includes Delivery and Operator

Service Includes:

• Two-Hour Service
• 70 Four-Ounce Paper Nut Cones
• At least One Roasting Operator and Equipment

Additional Services:

• One Operator and 35 Nut Cones – $150 per hour
• NUTS DELIVERED : $4.00 Per Nut Cone (minimum order 66 cones + shipping)

FUNDRAISING OPTIONS

Are you having a fundraiser event?  Alamo City Nuts is happy to provide two types of fundraising options for you and your organization:

Option 1:

PRE-ORDER FUNDRAISING OPTION:

Your organization will conduct pre-order sales of cinnamon roasted nuts; Please contact us at our Contact us page and we will send you a custom order form for your organization to collect orders.

Upon the completion of collecting orders, you will then submit your group’s order by email to us at [email protected] using the custom order form available on our contact page.  

Lastly, you will only forward us 75% of the gross sales with your order. Yes, that means you get to keep 25% of the money you collected for your order!

Once your order is received, it will be processed & delivered between 2 to 3 business days to ensure freshness!

Option 2:

Have our cart and/or booth at your organizations event & we’ll donate back 25% of your gross sales to your organization.

*Note, we need at least a 3 to 4 week notice for scheduling purposes.
